Central Florida has many options to celebrate Independence Day with events on both July 3rd and July 4th. Here’s just a few events to consider. July 3, Mount Dora
This two-day event with food trucks, fun, and fireworks show over Lake Dora is a great way to celebrate in Lake County. There will also be a parade the following day downtown.

July 3, Altamonte Springs
This will be an evening of food, live music and lots of fun! Be sure to head down to Crane Roost Park for this fantastic fireworks show.

July 4, Ocala
Ocala has 2 area events to choose from:
Patriotic Skies, located at Tuscawilla Park, includes food and entertainment and boasts a themed drone show touted as environmentally friendly (reduces noise, light pollution and fire hazards). Ocala Patriotic Skies Drone Experience
Or head to Circle Square Commons Patriotic Celebration on the Town Square for live music, dancing, food and fun, followed by their traditional fireworks show.

July 4, Clermont
Head to downtown Clermont’s Waterfront Park for their annual Red, White and Boom event. There will be live music, food, activities and beautiful fireworks over Lake Minneola.

Beginning at 4pm, Leesburg’s Star Spangled Spectacular takes place at Ski Beach and kicks off with a water ski show, live music, food and activities.

There is a lot to do in Winter Garden! Come and enjoy food, vendors, activities, and live entertainment. The fireworks will be held over Lake Apopka.
