With three offices in Clermont, rental units on the lakefront, and ongoing expansion planned into Leesburg and expanding areas, we are looking for agents and team members who will help us live out our mission to serve our customers in our real estate sales and property management services.

  • Lead Generation Through Our High Quality Website – Our website captures company leads that are passed through to our agents. Customers have access to a fully interactive search feature, easy communication with our team, accessible local information including reputable service providers, and a digital magazine with articles geared toward the lifestyle of today’s active adult.
  • Annual & Semi-Annual Customer Appreciation Parties – Coordinated by the broker, these networking events are provided to all our existing and pending customers, as well as their friends and families. This is a successful customer satisfaction amenity, that keeps your customers engaged with you as long-term friends, neighbors, and customers.
  • Frequent Meetups – We have our very own Central Florida 55 Plus Meetup Group! Nicky started this Meetup to stay involved with her customer base and to explore and have fun in Central Florida. It has grown to over 400 members, and presents an ongoing opportunity to meet new friends & neighbors and stay connected. You and your customers are invited, and if you have ideas, you can plan/ host your own!
  • Option for Affordable Agent Site –Florida Plus Realty agents are offered a significantly discounted price for building their own, completely personalized agent site with Devore Design, the producer of our company website.
  • Company Newsletter – Our brokerage newsletter goes out to over 5,000 potential customers nationwide every month, and our owner newsletter goes out to all our existing customers.  Just one more way for us to hold on to our competitive edge by keeping on top of our customer communication.
  • Knowledgeable Coaching – We have a solid team of experienced agents, team meetings, complete on-boarding process.

Positions Currently Available:

Currently seeking a General Manager for our Leesburg office! 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Provides assistance to owners with ongoing development and expansion of real estate business.
  • Builds company image by collaborating with customers, government, community organizations, and employees; enforces ethical business practices.
  • Works with executive management to recruit new sales team members and support staff as required for company growth.
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
  • Assist with development, documentation, and ongoing evaluation of policies and procedures for organization to maintain best practices.
  • Mentors, leads, and supports real estate sales team, including plans for productive team meetings, speakers, seminars, and other learning opportunities.
  • Assists with lead cultivation for new company leads and 55 Places as required.
  • Manages oversight of reservations and activities related to two rental units at satellite office.
  • Assists with designing referral programs and strategizing special events to promote new business.


  • Bachelor’s degree in management or business preferred
  • Previous supervisory experience required, preferably in a real estate environment
  • Real estate license required
  • Advanced database and Excel skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Previous advertising or marketing experience a plus
