Social Clubs

Residents can pursue limitless hobbies and activities with their fellow neighbors and friends. Solivita has a full-time Activities Director and Lifestyles Team providing a range of classes and activities covering arts, entertainment and fitness. With more than 200 social clubs, there’s something for absolutely everyone at Solivita.

Golf Courses

At Stonegate Golf Club at Solivita, residents enjoy not one, but two championship golf courses. The 18-hole, 7,000-yard Oaks Course is noted for its setting of natural beauty and the 6,800-yard Cypress Course is particularly challenging. 

Clubhouse Features

Solivita has three complexes with a total of 150,000 square feet of amenities. The Waterfront Galleries has a library, art studio, three computer labs, a game room, and other facilities. The Riviera Spa and Fitness Center and the resort-style complex called The Palms have numerous fitness and recreational amenities. In addition, there are two neighborhood centers with amenities and indoor and outdoor gathering spaces.

Food & Beverage

Solivita has three restaurants to delight most palates. The Grille at Stonegate is the Golf Club’s full-service restaurant, open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. For a quicker, more casual meal, visit Marketplace Bistro. Mosaics Restaurant is a dedicated dining space for banquets and other special events.

Sports & Recreation

Full fitness centers, aerobics studios, highly trained coaches, and health initiatives are available to residents, including the FIT program for those who need help achieving a healthy weight and better fitness. Aerobics, active dance, and other fitness classes are offered, plus there’s an indoor track, heated indoor and outdoor pools (17 of them!) including lap and splash pools, multiple hot tubs, a softball diamond, tennis courts, bocce ball courts, 14 pickleball courts including multiple lighted courts, horseshoe pits, game rooms, outdoor pavilions, and lots of other facilities and amenities.

Arts & Entertainment

A two-story art, sculpture, and ceramics studio with 2 kilns, is a well-equipped place for residents to explore their creative side. The 17,000 square-foot Starlite Ballroom hosts dances, concerts, weekly movie screenings, theatrical productions, and more.
