Originally from Minnesota, Chad relocated to Florida in 2004 and quickly discovered his passion for helping people find the perfect place to call home. After beginning his career in residential real estate, he transitioned into new‑home sales in 2005, focusing on 55+ communities and vacation homes across Central Florida. For the past 20 years, he has guided buyers through some of the region’s most desirable active‑adult and lifestyle‑focused communities.

In addition to sales, Chad’s experience as both a trainer and a manager for major homebuilders has given him a deep understanding of new‑construction processes, community development, and the importance of delivering an exceptional customer experience. With a true passion for real estate, Chad's goal is to help his customers achieve their homeownership dreams while providing exceptional service every step of the way.

When he’s not working with buyers and sellers, Chad enjoys spending time with his wife and kids — often golfing, traveling, or relaxing at one of Florida’s beautiful beaches.

Central Florida has many incredible 55+ communities, but these Clermont options are among my favorites—possibly helped by the fact that I live here.

Heritage Hills

Great location – close to shopping, Disney, beaches, and downtown Orlando. Excellent amenities, including a large clubhouse with zero-entry heated pool, walking trails, pickleball and tennis courts, events ballroom–even a golf simulator.

Kings Ridge

A golfer's delight, this over 2,000 home, master-planned community has multiple 18-hole golf courses. Amenity rich with a large clubhouse with ballroom for events, fitness center, aerobics room, card rooms, and more.

Palms at Serenoa

Gated community just minutes from the back entrance of Disney. A newer 55+ community, with excellent resort-style amenities including a large clubhouse with zero-entry heated pool, pickleball courts, fitness center, card room, etc.
