Originally from Minnesota, Chad relocated to Florida in 2004 and quickly discovered his passion for helping people find the perfect place to call home. After beginning his career in residential real estate, he transitioned into new‑home sales in 2005, focusing on 55+ communities and vacation homes across Central Florida. For the past 20 years, he has guided buyers through some of the region’s most desirable active‑adult and lifestyle‑focused communities.

In addition to sales, Chad’s experience as both a trainer and a manager for major homebuilders has given him a deep understanding of new‑construction processes, community development, and the importance of delivering an exceptional customer experience.
