Summit Greens is a gated community with nearly 800 homes, set amidst Clermont’s rolling hills and lakes. Summit Greens resort-style living offers residents a broad range of activities with its over 40 clubs and scheduled activities, 28,000 square foot clubhouse with card/game room, billiard, library, ballroom and fitness center. Amenities include outdoor and covered swimming pool, bocce and shuffleboard courts, tennis courts, and softball field. 

NOTE: As of Sep 2021 the golf course and restaurant temporarily closed for major renovation and remodel. The plans are extensive and while residents can anticipate a better clubhouse, putting green and driving range, the 18-hole golf course renovation has been postponed due to supply chain issues, rising costs and other issues affecting golf course remodeling.

Clubhouse Features

Public life at this community revolves around the 28,000 square-foot clubhouse, complete with full fitness facilities, a heated indoor pool, media center, billiards room, and lots more.

Food & Beverage

The on-site restaurant is temporarily closed for major renovation. Initial remodel was scheduled for reopening in Sep 2022.  

Sports & Recreation

Find top-of-the-line fitness equipment in the exercise room, swim in the heated indoor pool, or gather up some friends and head out to one of the tennis courts or softball fields.
