Brennan grew up in a tiny Kentucky town with a population of fewer than 300. As a student, Brennan was a peer tutor in both chemistry and welding, which allowed him to graduate early. In 2013, he made the move to Florida and proudly calls Clermont home.
His professional journey began in the service industry and soon led him to Disney - an unforgettable experience for a small-town Kentucky native. Working at Disney gave Brennan the opportunity to meet and connect with people from all over the world, shaping his passion for exceptional customer service.
Brennan later stepped into food and beverage management within Trilogy Orlando, a resort-style, active-adult community, where he interacted daily with residents enjoying their retirement lifestyle. This experience sparked his interest in real estate and inspired him to use his hospitality background to guide others through one of life's biggest decisions. Today, Brennan brings patience, positivity, and a service-first mindset to every client he works with.
Brennan's latest excitement is his engagement to Megan, with their wedding planned for February 2027. Together, they love to travel and explore new places. In his spare time, Brennan enjoys visiting local theme parks, relaxing at the beach, hiking, mountain biking, working out at the gym, and spending time with friends and family.

Central Florida has many incredible 55+ communities, but these are a few of my personal favorites.
Trilogy Orlando
Trilogy Orlando (Cascades of Groveland) is just a really special community. Everyone feels like family. The clubhouse is breathtaking with an amazing restaurant and true resort style amenities.
Del Webb Stone Creek
Stone Creek has really amazing homes with beautiful home sites. The amenity offerings are really top notch with stunning architecture. They also have an indoor lap pool!
Solivita
Solivita is a very unique community with its main “downtown square” area. Offering multiple eating venues, fitness center, on site pharmacy and so much more. They also have a second amenities area in the community that has a beautiful pool, sports courts, and more amenities.
