Simon Ambrose is a trusted 55+ community specialist serving buyers and sellers throughout Central Florida.
Originally from the UK, Simon relocated to Florida in 2008 to support family during a time of health challenges. While searching for a home, he noticed how inconsistent customer service could be in real estate—and felt he could make a meaningful difference. He earned his real estate license and became a full‑time REALTOR® on January 1, 2009.
With no backup plan, Simon was determined to succeed. Guided by the principle, “Treat others how you want to be treated,” Simon poured his energy into building a strong, client-focused business. Hard work and dedication helped him become a Million Dollar and Multi-Million Dollar Producer early in his career—a level of performance he has maintained for more than a decade.
Outside of real estate, Simon is passionate about sports cars, his dogs, DIY home projects, and traveling. He especially loves exploring the U.S. by road, "There’s so much to discover in this amazing country, and there’s nothing like a road trip with no schedule and the open mountains ahead."

Central Florida has many incredible 55+ communities, but these are a few of my personal favorites.
Royal Harbor
One of my favorites with it’s smaller, more intimate feel, beautiful natural topography and a signature lighthouse at its center. Set along the shores of Little Lake Harris, Royal Harbor has a community dock where residents can fish, boat and enjoy the water. Located in Tavares—the Lake County seat and Florida’s Seaplane Capital—the area is always buzzing with activity. Lakeside dining is a highlight, and several waterfront restaurants are even dog friendly.
Legacy of Leesburg
Legacy of Leesburg stands out for its 5 miles of nature trails—perfect for those who love walking, nature, and wildlife. The clubhouse and pool areas were recently updated, giving the community a fresh, modern feel, and there’s even talk of adding a dog park. I also appreciate the quality construction from Pringle and Florida Leisure Communities, with FLC’s later homes offering energy‑saving features. Having worked in the sales office, I know Legacy inside and out.
Arlington Ridge
With an 18‑hole championship golf course and a charming small‑town square where the restaurant, tavern, and amenities all come together, it’s no surprise Where to Retire magazine has recognized Arlington Ridge multiple times. The low HOA includes lawn care, TV, and internet, with fiber‑optic service delivering crystal‑clear HD and fast speeds. Florida Leisure Communities built out most of the community, with energy‑saving features standard in each of their homes. With experience selling both new builds and resales here, I know Arlington Ridge extremely well.
