Sharon Langham is the General Manager and a licensed Realtor® with Florida Plus Realty, specializing in Central Florida’s 55+ active adult communities. With more than 20 years of experience in property management and senior‑focused housing, Sharon helps buyers and sellers navigate relocation, downsizing, community amenities, HOA details, and lifestyle fit across Central Florida including Leesburg, Mount Dora, Clermont, and Ocala.

Sharon and her family are from Southern Mississippi and have relocated to the Central Florida area.  She has worked for over 20 years in property management. She served as Operations Director and Maintenance Coordinator for a large company that held over 4,000 units in multiple states. Sharon has worked in all facets of housing, including single-family home rentals, multi-family apartment communities and also active adult, 55+ apartment communities.

Sharon became a licensed Florida Real Estate Agent in 2017 and worked with Florida Plus Realty as General Manager.  In that role she was responsible for marketing, customer care, administrative management, and office management. She relocated back to the Mississippi Coast for a few years, and then returned to Central Florida in 2021, and to her position as General Manager of Florida Plus Realty. Sharon enjoys spending time with family which includes her Dachshund named Bella.

My Top 3 55+ Communities

My favorite 55+ communities offer plenty of activities or the ability to enjoy doing nothing at all. They are typically near shopping, great restaurants, fun things to do, and ease of access to major roads.

Pennbrooke Fairways

This community has it all: home styles that fit most buyer's interest, three 9-hole golf courses, restaurant, bar and hair salon onsite, two pools, sports courts and tons of events and clubs. It is close to The Villages, making it easy to enjoy nightly bands at Brownwood and Sawgrass Squares.

Sullivan Ranch

Growing up on a quarter horse farm, how could I not love this horse-ranch style community. Other unique benefits include lighted walking paths and trails, outdoor picnic area, a great dog park and its proximity to Historic Downtown Mount Dora.

Del Webb Stone Creek

My favorite in Ocala! A friendly and beautiful community, and amenity packed: from lakes to golfing, pickleball to horseshoes, indoor or outdoor swimming to softball and so much more. It is Florida resort wrapped up with a Del Webb bow.
