You may know her as Nicky Martz, but Nicky got married and changed her name to Nicky Dixon. She and her husband, Joe, share a love and passion for each other and living in Central Florida.

With more than 20+ years of Florida real estate experience, Nicky focuses her expertise and attention on the 55+ communities in Central Florida.

Nicky is well known for her keen communication, organizational, business management, and customer service skills. Her own active 55+ lifestyle includes golf, tennis, scuba diving, and spending time with Joe, her four sons, two daughters, her grandchildren and extended family. Nicky’s a big fan of warm climates, salt water, palm trees and travel, making Central Florida a fitting home.
